Old Books - Isola Bella

One of the treats when we were on Isola Bella was looking at the library - amazing antique books - and how rich they were to have so many books. Since my camera battery had died, I was only able to take pictures with my i-phone. So disappointing as there were so many treasures to see.

A Street in Baveno

One of the treats each day was to wander up and down the small side streets woven all through the village of Baveno. This is a good example of the streets. I loved the mosaic stonework of the streets.
