Wendy's changes were phenomenal. I think she fixed all the issues with the picture: the person in the water, the underexposed girl, colors that needed to be "popped", etc.

Wow! Cute picture to begin with, then Wendy rocked it out on the edit! I might have actually saturated less or even desaturated because I love beach photos with a more vintage feel. You should look into some free actions for your Photoshop - how fun and easy they sound! Honestly, I don't think I could say anything that would improve Wendy's fix. She made this cute photo into a WOWZA photo. Amazing difference!
