"What's In the Woods?" Altered Book Spread

Just finished up a spread for the round-robin I am participating in. This one has the theme of "What's in the Woods".  For some reason, I had the hardest time coming up with what I wanted to do. All I knew was that I wanted to have doors, windows and pull-outs. I finally just started laying down some gesso, followed by paint and this is where my muse took me. It is hard to tell by the photos, but I did add glitter to help give it that magical feel. This was suggested by my wonderful, artsy daughter.  I may still add a few finishing touches, but this is almost ready to go.
