Funny thing is, you can't tell that I am coming down with my first experience with poison ivy. I had it so bad that we had to leave and drive home so I could see the doctor. I still have scars on my legs from the terrible stuff. Now I can spot poison ivy a mile away. I hope to never have to repeat that experience.
This is my husband's sister, who had come up for a visit. It was so disappointing to have to leave because of the poison ivy. But since she is a nurse, she was urging me to go get taken care of. It was good to see her, even if it was for a short time. This is a little puppy we met while we were shopping there. Isn't he cute?
Take time to head on over to Beverly's place at How Sweet the Sound and check out the other love Pink Saturday posts.

Poison Ivy can be a terrible thing. My husband had it so bad one time, he went to a dermatologist and even SHE didn't know what it was . . . he went back a week later, when it had begun to subside, and THEN she recognized it. Ouch!!
Glad you're all better now, because I bet it felt like you'd never get over it then.
Happy Saturday!
Beautiful pics, but sorry about the Poison Ivy. Yuk!
Happy Pink Saturday,
Jacalyn
While the pinks you chose are lovely, I was so sorry to hear that your trip was cut short by the reaction you had to poison ivy. I hope you have a wonderful Pink Saturday and enjoy the week to come.
Sorry about the poison ivy..it affected my son and grandaughter the same way once and it was truly awful. They both had to have shots and were totally miserable. Hope you never even see it again. Happy Pinks and have a great weekend..and a lovely Thanksgiving.
